The Diploma Status screen displays the requirements for the OSS diploma, the courses you have completed, and those you've registered for (e.g., next year; summer school). This screen is an invaluable reference during option sheet selection because it will help you choose courses that lead to the completion of your diploma requirements.
The Credit History screen lists all of the courses: you have previously completed, are currently taking, and any options that you have entered for summer school, night school, or the next school year. Midterm or final marks are any completed (or in-progress) course. However, there is a “blackout period” at the end of each term while marks are being finalized in the system. During this time the midterm/final mark will be unavailable for any in-progress courses.
The Attendance Profile displays both accumulative and detail attendance information.
The Attendance Summary screen displays the student's current timetable with accumulative
authorized and unauthorized absences and lates for the year. The Today column displays the
attendance status for the current date. You can click on 'Show all course details' link to
show the Attendance Detail screen which displays the date and reason for absences. Clicking
on the course link on Attendance Summary will display attendance detail for the particular course.
